B.D.S.; D.D.S. (Penn.) : Driver, A.A.S.C. (Mechanical Transport) and A.A.M.C., A.I.F., France. Enlisting 20th September, 1915, and sailing 3rd January, 1916, arrived in France via Egypt with 1st Australian Field Ambulance 30th April and, transferring in June to Motor Ambulance, was attached as Driver to 1st A.F.Amb., serving till demobilisation. Early education at Brisbane Grammar School. Later at Queensland University and St. Andrew's College.
