World War II. Lt Colonel Wilson served in the Middle east and for a time was Officer in Charge, 2/2 Causality Clearing Station. He escaped from Benghazi and was in Tobruk during the siege in 1941. On return to Australia he was given command of 116 A.G.H., but ill health compelled him to resign and he died of illness on 8 October 1944. Early education unknown.

Med II. His surname and initials are listed in the back of the Book of Remembrance in the Combatant section, as a member of the University who joined the Company, volunteered for active service, and having been accepted for the A.I.F., was in camp at Liverpool preparatory to leaving for the Front, October, 1918.
