Book of Remembrance entry
M.B., Ch.M. : Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., England and France. Enlisting in January, 1917, and sailing in April, was M.O., Machine Gun Depot, Grantham, from September to February, 1918. Was attached to 105th Field Ambulance, R.A.M.C., from April to July, when sick, and on recovery served at No. 1 Australian Dermatological Hospital, Bulford, from August, 1918, till demobilisation. Early education at Sydney Church of England Grammar School.
