M.B., Ch.M. : Major, R.A.M.C., B.E.F., France. Enlisting 10th August, 1914, served at Australian Voluntary Hospital, Wimereux, from 28th and was demobilised in England, returning to Australia 1st July, 1918. Promoted major, 29th March, 1918. Early education at Melbourne Grammar School.
