B.E., M.B. : Lieutenant, R.F.C. and R.A.F., B.E.F., England and France. Enlisting in London in 1917, was commissioned in R.F.C. 26th November and in R.A.F. 1st April, 1918, serving until demobilisation. Early education at Sydney Church of England Grammar School. Later at St. Paul's College.
