Book of Remembrance entry
M.B. : Driver, 58th and 16th Batteries, A.F.A., A.I.F., France. Enlisting 25th June, 1915, and sailing 13th October with 10th Reinforcements 6th A.L.H. Regt., served with 58th Battery until disbanded and then with 16th until demobilisation, although wounded at Ploegsteert 5th June, 1917, spending five months in England. Early education at Fort St. and Sydney High Schools.
