Book of Remembrance entry
M.B., Ch.M., F.R.A.C.S. : Captain, R.A.M.C., England and Gallipoli. Enlisting in London in April, 1915, served as lieutenant at Connaught Hospital, Aldershot, and then at Dardanelles till invalided to England. After several months was put on Home Service, being invalided to Australia in October, 1916.
