M.B., Ch.M. : Captain, R.A.M.C., B.E.F., France. Enlisting in London 5th August, 1914, and crossing about 10th, served with Lady Dudley's Voluntary Hospital, St. Nazaire, till granted extended leave in December, then returning to Australia. Later appointed Hon. S.M.O. to Graythwaite Hospital and Repatriation M.O. for Northern Suburbs. Early education at Burwood Public School.
