M.B., Ch.M., F.R.A.C.P. : Major, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., France and England. Enlisting 1st May, 1915, and sailing on 15th with reinforcements, served at No. 1 Australian General Hospital, Rouen, till May, 1918, except for six weeks with 6th Australian Field Ambulance. Then was M.O. for Boarding of Invalid Officers, A.I.F. H.Q., London, and President of the Medical Board for Officers in the A.F.C. till demobilisation. Promoted major, May, 1916. Lecturer in Paediatrics. Early education at Sydney Grammar School.
