M.B., Ch.M.; D.O.M.S. (Lond.) : Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., England and France. Enlisting in 1917 and sailing 31st October, was R.M.O. Pioneers Training Battn., Sutton Veny. Crossing to France in March, 1918, joined 106th Field Ambulance, 35th British Division, was stationed in a Field Hospital and then R.M.O. in the Line. Later, served at No. 2 Australian General Hospital, Wimereux, until demobilisation. Early education at Turramurra Preparatory College and Sydney Church of England Grammar School.
