M.B., Ch.M.: Captain, R.A.M.C., B.E.F.,England and France. Appointed lieutenant in June, 1915, and reappointed 24th February, 1917, was promoted captain, 24th August. Early education at Sydney Church of England Grammar School. Later at St. Paul's College.
