Sailing privately 22nd July, 1916, established the Australian Flying Corps Comforts Fund and served in camps at War Depot, Kensington, and in Corps at Diddisham, Devon, until demobilisation, then returning to Australia. Early education at Cheltenham Ladies' College, England. Later at the Women's College with one year in Arts.
