M.B., Ch.M. : Private, 102nd Howitzer Battery, A.I.F., France. Enlisting 23rd February, 1918, and sailing 5th May as temporary corporal Infantry reinforcements, transferred to Field Artillery in England and served in France with battery until demobilisation, attending London University as A.I.F. student. Early education at St. Ignatius' College. Later at St. John's.
