Book of Remembrance entry
M.B., Ch.M. : Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., France and England. Enlisting 23rd April, 1917, and sailing 21st June with reinforcements, joined 4th Australian Field Ambulance 21st October, being R.M.O. 56th Battn. from 17th November, 57th from 25th February, 1918, and 53rd from 17th April and served at No. 2 Command Depot, Weymouth, from 25th August till demobilisation.
