M.B., Ch.M., F.R.A.C.S. : Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., Egypt. Enlisting 6th April, 1918, and sailing 9th November after service at No. 4 A.G. Hospital, Randwick, joined No. 3 A.L.H. Field Ambulance and, on return, served again at Randwick from December, 1919, till February, 1920. Early education at Sydney Church of England Grammar School.
