B.E. : Private, 1st Battn., A.I.F., France. Enlisting 6th August, 1915, and sailing as sergeant 12th Reinforcements, landed in Egypt in January, 1916, crossing to France in March, and serving at Fleurbaix and on the Somme till death. Killed in Action, Flers, 5th November, 1916
