M.D., Ch.M., D.P.H., F.R.A.C.P. : Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., Egypt and Palestine. Enlisting 25th June, 1918, and sailing 16th October, served at No. 14 Australian General Hospital, Port Said, from 23rd November and then with 4th A.L.H. Field Ambulance from 3rd December until demobilisation. Director General of Public Health, N.S.W., and previously of Tasmania. Early education at Sydney Grammar School.
