Has a carillon bell (4) named for him donated by the family of the late Mark and Bessie Mitchell. The Manly ANZAC War Memorial was erected by his family in his honour as the first Manly resident to fall.
Book of Remembrance entry
Law I : Private, 1st Battn., A.I.F., Gallipoli. Enlisting 20th November, 1914, and sailing 11th February, 1915, served until wounded at the Anzac Landing, 25th April, and evacuated to No. 1 Australian General Hospital. Died of Wounds, Heliopolis, 5th May, 1915, and was buried in Old Cairo Jewish Cemetery. Early education at The King's School. Later at St. Andrew's College.
