Enlisting 3rd June, 1916, and sailing with 17th Reinforcements 19th Battn. 25th October, fought with battn. from 28th March, 1917, at the Somme, Hindenburg Line, Bullecourt, Ypres and elsewhere till transferred to 18th Battn. 3rd July, 1918, serving until demobilisation. Member of Wesley College.
