Enlisting 16th July, 1917, and sailing 31st October, served with No. 2 Australian General Hospital, Wimereux, from 28th March to 12th October, 1918, and then with 13th Australian Field Ambulance till demobilisation. Early education at Sydney Church of England Grammar School.
