LEVI, KEITH MAURICE 1908.
Cumloden and M.C.E.G.S.; Ormond; M.B., B.S.; University hockey team, and Cpl. in M.U.R.; Resident at Melbourne Hospital and then at Perth Public Hospital.
Enlisted in first week of war, Capt. A.A.M.C. attached L.H. rfts.; sailed February 1915; attached 1st A.G.H. in Egypt; served on hospital transports between Dardanelles and Alexandria, then went to establish a rest camp at Imbros; transferred 2nd Hampshires, 29th Div., 29.7.15, being then one of the few A.I.F. doctors in charge of a British regiment. After attending to wounded all night on 6th August at Cape Helles, in conjunction with the Suvla Bay landing, he was killed by a shell at 6.30 a.m. on 7th August 1915, and buried in an open nullah where he fell.
