M.B., Ch.M. : Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., England. Enlisting in January, 1918, soon after completion of course, was sent to No. 4 Australian General Hospital, Randwick, till embarkation 8th May, thence to Fovant and Australian Machine Gun Section, Parkhouse. Later joined A.I.F. Section, Queen's Hospital, Sidcup, as anaesthetist and No. 1 Australian Dermatological Hospital, Bulford, as Registrar, returning in February, 1920. Early education at Homebush Public and Sydney Grammar Schools.
