Enlisting 26th April, 1915, joined battn. 26th June and fought at Gallipoli from August until the Evacuation. Transferring to Signal Coy. n th March, 1916, and crossing to France, served at Fleurbaix, the Somme and elsewhere until demobilisation. Early education at Fort St. High School.
