Diploma in Economics and Commerce : Private, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., France. Enlisting in November, 1915, transferred to A.A.M.C. in February, 1916. Promoted sergeant in March, but reverted to private, sailed 4th May with gth Australian Field Ambulance reinforcements and joined unit 2gth July, serving at Armentieres, Messines, Ypres, Villers- Bretonneux and elsewhere until demobilisation.
