M.B., Ch.M. : Major, R.A.M.C., B.E.F., France; also A.A.M.C., A.I.F., Gallipoli and France. Enlisting in England 31st August, 1914, served with R.A.M.C. till May, 1915; till December as Radiologist No. 3 Australian General Hospital, Lemnos, and later as Surgeon, Australian Voluntary Hospital, Wimereux, returning to Australia 21st February, 1916. Promoted major, 1st May, 1915.
