Pharmacy : Lieutenant, A.A.M.C., A.I.F. Enlisting 19th June, 1915, and sailing 8th July on hospital ship "Karoola ", served on that ship as dispenser till 14th September, 1917, when transferred to Randwick Military Hospital, where in charge of dispensary until the end of the War. Promoted sergeant, staffsergeant, and, on 1st August, 1916, lieutenant. Early education at North Sydney Public and Fort St. High Schools.
