B.A., LL.B. : Temporary Corporal, 38th Battery, A.F.A., A.I.F., France. Enlisting 28th April, 1916, and sailing 14th September, crossed to France 28th December, joined battery 19th January, 1917, and served at Bullecourt, Messines, Ypres, Peronne, Dernancourt, Villers- Bretonneux and elsewhere until demobilisation. Early education at Sydney High and Sydney Grammar Schools.
