M.B., Ch.M. : Private, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., France. Enlisting 6th October, 1915, and sailing 2nd May, 1916, served with 9th Australian Field Ambulance as stretcher-bearer through every action, including Armenti^res, Messines, Ypres, Somme and Villers- Bretonneux, until the Armistice. Matriculated at A.I.F. Corps School, Rue, prior to demobilisation.
