Book of Remembrance entry
Pharmacy : Lance-corporal, 14th Battn., A.I.F., France. Enlisting 3rd July, 1915, and sailing 13th October, crossed to France and served at Fleurbaix, Somme and elsewhere for two years. Wounded at Bois Grenier in July, 1916, and again wounded and shell shocked on the Somme in 1917, being evacuated to hospital and later to Australia, arriving in December.
