Arts : Sergeant, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., Gallipoli, Egypt, England and France. Enlisting 12th April, 1915, and sailing 15th May, served with No. 3 Australian General Hospital in Pathological Department as post mortem attendant, culture media maker and laboratory assistant at Lemnos from July to January, 1916, then in Egypt till October, in England till April, 1917, and in France till May, 1919, being demobilised in January, 1920. Early education at L ‘‘Ecole Intermediare des Etats, Guernsey.
