M.B., Ch.M. : Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., Egypt and Palestine. Enlisting 29th January, 1917, and sailing 3rd September, served with Australian Camel Field Ambulance from 23rd October, 1917, to 1st July, 1918, and then with 5th A.L.H. Field Ambulance, returning 12th March, 1920.
