Pharmacy : Staff-Sergeant, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., France. Enlisting 9th August, 1915, and sailing 4th May, 1916, as staffsergeant dispenser 9th Australian Field Ambulance, crossed to France 23rd November. Transferred to n th A.F.Amb. 3rd May, 1917, and back to 9th on 20th June, serving with it till 25th December, 1918, and then with 10th till demobilisation. Early education at Kogarah Superior Public School.
