Book of Remembrance entry
M.B., Ch.M. : Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., England and France. Enlisting and sailing in April, 1917, was attached to 10th Training Battn. 10th August. Crossing to France 20th December, served at No. 2 Australian General Hospital, Wimereux, until 30th January, 1918, then, joining 12th Australian Field Ambulance, became R.M.O. 46th Battn. till 27th March, 1919. Transferring to No. 3 Australian Auxiliary Hospital, Dartford, 9th July, served till December and returned in August, 1920.
