B.A., LL.B. : Gunner, 6th Bde., A.F.A., A.I.F., France. Enlisting 10th November, 1917, and sailing 30th April, 1918, crossed to England in August after being twice invalided to hospital in Egypt. While attending Signalling School, Reserve Brigade Australian Artillery, Heytesbury, was again invalided to hospital 1st November, but, crossing to France on 21st, was attached to A.A.V.C. at Calais and served until demobilisation. Early education at Fort St. High School.
