M.B., Ch.M. : Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., France. Enlisting 14th July, 1916, and sailing 6th November, served at No. 1 Australian General Hospital, Rouen, from 21st January, 1917. Joined 15th Australian Field Ambulance 6th March, being R.M.O. 57th Battn. from 16th April, 1917, to n th June, 1918, of 13th Artillery Brigade for three weeks and of 53rd Battn. from 6th August to 1st November, returning in February, 1920. Mentioned in Despatches. Early education at Barker College. Later at St. Andrew''s.
