Arch. II : Bombardier, 9th Battery, A.F.A., A.I.F., Gallipoli and France. Enlisting 26th August, 1914, and sailing 20th October, served at Anzac from the Landing until the Evacuation. Then, crossing to France, was invalided from Godwareveldt 28th August, 1916, returning to Australia in April, 1917. Member of Universities of Tasmania and Melbourne.
