M.B., Ch.M., Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., Egypt and Palestine. Enlisting 15th June, 1916, and sailing in September, joined No. 14 Australian General Hospital, Cairo, and 4th A.L.H. Field Ambulance 18th February, 1917, becoming R.M.O. n th A.L.H. Regiment. Later served at No. 2 Australian Stationary Hospital and with 2nd A.L.H. F.Amb. until demobilisation. Mentioned in Despatches. Early education at The Scots College.
