B.Ec. : Corporal, 37th Battery, A.F.A., A.I.F., France. Enlisting 19th August, 1916, and sailing 9th November, joined battery in France 3rd August, 1917, was wounded at Ypres 30th September and at Millencourt 5th April, 1918, but served until demobilisation. Promoted corporal, 23rd September, 1918. Early education at Fort St. High School.
