No. 1 Stationary Hospital, transferred to No. 2 Australian General Hospital, Ghezireh, 25th March, 1916. Was R.M.O. 31st Battn. in Fleurbaix sector, August-October, and 18th Battn. on Somme, November-December, returning 23rd May, 1917. Promoted Major, 14th November, 1916.
